About Dickson, TN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Located within the Nashville Metro Area, Dickson is a growing city with approximately 15,500 residents. U.S. Route 70 passes through Dickson’s north side and leads 40 miles east to Nashville. The city center sits along the Tennessee Valley Divide, and the southwest side drains via the East Piney River. The first building in what is now known as Dickson was constructed in 1861, but the community was re-chartered in 1899, at which time only about 1,300 people lived here.

There are many interesting places to visit in Dickson. Some of the most popular destinations include the Clement Railroad Hotel Museum and the Bloom Day Spa, which offers a variety of professional spa treatments. Downtown Dickson is home to plenty of unique specialty shops, such as Rebel Hearts & Co., Small Town Boutique, and S & J Designs, and many delicious restaurants like Zander’s Pizza, House of Brews, and Lugo’s Restaurant are located here. Recreational spaces in Dickson also include J. Dan Buckner Park, the Lester Speyer Community Complex, and Tom Waychoff Memorial Park.

With varied weather conditions throughout the year, Dickson homeowners should invest in both cooling and heating systems. Summer weather is hot and humid, and high temperatures frequently reach into the mid-90s. A long-lasting and reliable central air conditioner is important throughout the season, and residents in need of a new system should seek out one with a high SEER rating. This rating will dictate annual energy savings, and high-efficiency systems will offer a rating of at least 16.

Dickson residents will get a break from the heat during the winter season, as temperatures fall into the 40s during the day. Overnight, lows can plummet well below the freezing point, so home heating systems will get a lot of work. Periodic furnace maintenance from an experienced HVAC specialist will ensure that Dickson residents get the most from their systems when they need them.
